I suppose this may end up like the general public schools. Anybody with cash will hire a concierge physician and go to a personal hospital within the Caribbean, if he wants hospitalization. The proles will probably be in P.S 187, getting medical care that’s simply nearly as good as the training the kids in public faculty get, which is to say nearly nugatory. Medical innovation? neglect about it. Some will occur within the private system and will leak into the general public system if it really saves money.

My husband and I’ve been on the go quite a bit recently since we got again from trip on August 26th. A few of it has been enjoyable stuff we have had deliberate for a while and then of course, there is work for my husband, some volunteer work for me. Whereas my Sj√∂gren’s symptoms have been comparatively quiet, I have a couple of considerably significant medical issues occurring that I have been trying to push to the background of my life until my specialist appointments, which begin this week. I’m more than a bit involved about two of those issues, but it would appear that I have lastly gotten a very good handle on my health-associated anxiety and while the issues remind me day-after-day they are current, I’ve been in a position to carry on with my day-to-day life without that sense of impending doom.
